Structure
An auxiliary ministry of Firebrand Revivalists™, a Washington nonprofit corporation organized and operated as a church within Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from the notice and application requirement under Section 508(c)(1)(A).
Generational Legacy Foundation operates as an auxiliary ministry and charitable program of Firebrand Revivalists™. It is not a separate corporation, holds no separate exemption, and has no EIN of its own. Governance is therefore provided through Firebrand's board, and the Foundation does not hold a separate board, exemption, or EIN of its own.

The four board members carry oversight. Annie Whaley and Mark Burgett hold executive roles and do not sit on the board.
How a request is reviewed
Every request follows the same four steps: initial inquiry, preliminary review, secure documentation, and professional verification. Approval is independent of the person who reviewed the request, conflicts of interest are recorded in every matter, and funds are generally paid to the provider rather than to an individual.
